Terms of Service

tastedtracks is a social platform for sharing music taste, reacting to posts, and playing a music guessing game. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials.

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the service.

You must not post content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or otherwise violates our Community Guidelines.

Music metadata, artwork, links, and previews are provided by third parties. You must not circumvent technical measures, redistribute previews outside the service, or use the platform to share unauthorised copies of copyrighted works.

You may not scrape the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, impersonate others, or use automated means without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Report illegal or harmful content via in-app reporting or email mzy.software.help@gmail.com. We review reports and may remove content or accounts at our discretion, consistent with applicable law (including the EU Digital Services Act framework for hosting providers).

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under EU consumer law. For consumers in the EEA, mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence within the EEA.
